Pre Care

• Exfoliate 24 hours prior
• 1/4 inch of hair growth (2 weeks after shaving, 4 weeks after waxing)
• Wear Loose Comfortable Clothing
• Come Clean!

Post Care

• No hot tubs, pools, baths or stagnant bodies of water for 24 hours. Showering is okay.
• Avoid friction in sugared area for 24 hours 
• Exfoliate 2-3 times a week until next appointment
• No Shaving in between appointments

2. Rebook in person at your next appointment 

Return and Refund policy: 100% deposits are due at the time of scheduling. You can rebook at each appointment or online. 

Rescheduling or moving your appointment is easy! You can reschedule in the Vagaro app anytime prior to 24 hours of your booked appointment. Anything after 24 hours, you will have to text (440)376-1164 to reschedule your appointment.

Refunds are given on a case by case basis. 

Services are paid in full when booking. If you need to cancel, please provide notice 24 hours prior to appointment. Your payment will be kept and credited to your rescheduled appointment. If client no calls-no shows payment is kept by the spa. If client cancels under 24 hours twice in a row payment is kept by the spa.
